Accessibility Statement

Our commitment to an inclusive digital experience for every visitor

Last Reviewed: January 1st 2026]

Our Commitment

Care2U is committed to ensuring that our website and digital services are accessible to all individuals, including those with disabilities. We strive to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), and to comply with Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and applicable New York State accessibility requirements.

Accessibility is not a one-time effort—it is an ongoing commitment embedded in how we design, build, and maintain our digital presence. We believe that every individual, regardless of ability, should be able to access information about our services, request care, and engage with our clinical team without barriers.

Our Ongoing Efforts

We continually work to improve the accessibility and usability of our website by reviewing and updating our digital content, training our staff on accessibility best practices, and incorporating accessibility into our design and development processes.

Our accessibility efforts include:

Text alternatives for all non-text content (images, icons, media)
Sufficient color contrast throughout all pages
Full keyboard navigation support
Compatibility with screen readers and assistive technology
Captions and transcripts for multimedia content
Clear, consistent navigation and page structure
Resizable text without loss of functionality
Descriptive link text and logical heading hierarchy

Known Limitations

While we strive to make all pages and content fully accessible, some content may not yet fully conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards. We are actively working to identify and resolve any accessibility barriers across our website. If you encounter difficulty accessing any part of our site, we encourage you to contact us so we can provide the information you need in an alternative format.

Third-Party Content

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or embed third-party content that is not within our control. We are not responsible for the accessibility of external sites or content, but we encourage our partners and vendors to prioritize accessibility in their own digital products and we evaluate accessibility as a factor when selecting third-party tools and services.

Feedback & Contact Information

Your feedback is important to us. If you experience any difficulty accessing our website or digital services, or if you have suggestions for how we can improve accessibility, please let us know. We want to hear from you.
