After your visit
Your care doesn’t stop when we leave.
- Same-day or next-day follow-up visits for 30 days after your visit, weekends included
- 24-hour access to our care team for 30 days after your visit. Call (833) 433-2273.
- Coordination back to your primary care doctor, or help finding an in-network doctor if you don’t have one
- Results shared with your doctor or specialist at your request, and enrollment in chronic care management where available
