A group of ER physicians founded Care2U after years of watching patients, many of them older adults or people with complex needs, wait hours in crowded emergency rooms for conditions that didn’t need a hospital. Without a better option, the hospital became the default, driving up cost and putting vulnerable patients at risk.
They rebuilt how and where acute care happens. Care2U brings hospital-level care to the home, with a model built for clinical excellence and financial sustainability, so payers and risk-bearing providers can improve outcomes and lower medical cost.
